About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Edenbridge, Kent. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live their best lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to achieve their goals and maintain their independence.
- Develop and implement personalized support plans, taking into account the individual's needs, preferences, and goals.
- Support individuals with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Encourage and facilitate social interactions, community engagement, and leisure activities.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, including healthcare staff, social workers, and family members, to ensure comprehensive support.

Requirements
