Amica Care Trust is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Team Manager.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care to our residents. As a Clinical Team Manager, you will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of care, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Liaise with external agencies to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration
  • Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices
  • Leadership and management experience

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
