About the Role

The Sports Instructor position is a hands-on role that will lead athletes and provide expert instruction in their designated sport. This role is directly responsible for delivering the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
  • Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values
  • Communicate game day information to players and parents using established platforms
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge
  • Highly motivated self-starter; able to work independently
  • Able to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings, for the duration of the season
  • Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
