About the Role

The Sports Instructor position at i9 Sports is a hands-on role that requires leading athletes and providing expert instruction in their designated sport. This role is directly responsible for delivering the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and a fun experience for athletes.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values and teamwork principles.
• Communicate game day information to players and parents using established platforms.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with athletes and parents.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• A highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
• The ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings, for the duration of the season.
• A commitment to maintaining a safe and positive environment for all athletes.
