Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance and Compliance Manager to join our team at Zellis. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver the compliance programme aligned to our corporate strategy.

This is a highly visible role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. You will be responsible for supporting the Group Head of Compliance in achieving our goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Group Head of Compliance in delivering the compliance programme aligned to our corporate plan
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve our governance and compliance objectives
  • Develop and implement effective governance and compliance processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of governance and compliance principles and practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
