Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Aesthetic Field Service Specialist to join our team at DiaSorin. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing responsive, effective, and professional technical service and support to customers via phone and site visits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend customer sites to troubleshoot and repair equipment faults, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing downtime.
  • Complete preventative maintenance tasks in accordance with defined schedules and corporate standards.
  • Install upgrades and perform maintenance to ensure instrument performance, safety, and reliability.
  • Document all service activity within DiaSorin's corporate service management application.
  • Provide first-level engineering support for installation and decommissioning of instruments.
  • Support the interfacing of instruments to laboratory computer systems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a field service engineer in a medical laboratory environment or as a medical laboratory technician with a strong practical aptitude and interest in engineering.
  • Strong computer expertise, with a good knowledge of MS Windows.
