Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, service, and technical troubleshooting of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct on-site electrical and mechanical diagnostic checks to identify and resolve issues.
  • Supervise and train junior engineers and apprentices to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures, and that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of work.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Service Engineer or completed an apprenticeship in a relevant engineering field.
  • C&G F-Gas 2079 certification.
  • Safe Handling of Ammonia certification.
  • Practical experience with all aspects of refrigeration and air conditioning, both mechanical and electrical.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 to £45,000 DOE, plus a range of benefits including training, pension, company vehicle, private medical, and retail discounts.
