We are currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our Engineering Department. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end project solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.

About the Role

As a Project Engineer, you will be accountable for managing project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery. Your expertise in project management will enable you to identify and mitigate potential risks, drive process improvements, and foster collaboration among stakeholders.

With an average annual CAPEX investment of £1.5 million, you will have the opportunity to lead various projects, including production line enhancements, machinery upgrades, and capital expenditure initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned engineer with a strong background in Maintenance or Engineering Management, preferably from the food, FMCG, or pharma industries. You will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to navigate complex systems.

As a key member of our Engineering Department, you will contribute to maintaining our impressive 90% uptime record, driving innovation, and supporting the growth of our company.
