Job Title: Property Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Jackson Sims Recruitment Ltd. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of a leasehold scheme, ensuring that all buildings are in good order and that clients are satisfied with the service provided.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Site Management: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that all buildings are in good condition and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Client Communication: Attend client meetings, including AGMs and Directors meetings, to ensure that clients are informed and up-to-date on all matters related to the scheme.
  • Project Management: Manage the project management of Section 20 consultations, major internal and external works, and other projects as required.
  • Financial Management: Manage the budget, yearend accounts, and quarterly client statement process to ensure that timescales are met and that accounting information is accurate.
  • Insurance and Risk Management: Ensure that insurance claims are processed efficiently and correctly, and that Health & Safety regulations are adhered to on all sites.
  • Communication: Circulate information to residents concerning management issues, and ensure that communication is regular and accurate.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Property Manager - Block Manager
  • Knowledge: Good knowledge of budgets and experience of serving Section 20 notices
  • Qualifications: AIRPM qualified (although not essential)
  • Driving License: Full UK driving license

Salary: £45k to £55k
