Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at DMR Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success in a digital or financial sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and sales principles
