Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at DMR Personnel Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and execution of sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success in a digital services or PPC environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices
