We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our Client Service team at Guidepoint. As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

With a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, you will have the opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. Our team-oriented culture values collaboration, hard work, and excellence, providing a supportive framework for your professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for day-to-day relationship management and service delivery.
  • Coordinate and lead a team of Associates to execute client requests, providing expertise in Advisor sourcing, recruiting, and interaction.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance Associate skills and knowledge, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate with Business Development teams to optimize client use of Guidepoint's services.
  • Contribute to industry guidance for projects, working closely with Project Managers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree
  • 4+ years of client-facing or account management experience
  • Previous experience managing a team
  • The right to work in the UK
