  • Meet performance metrics and achieve customer satisfaction targets consistently.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
  • A friendly and positive personality that enhances the overall customer experience.
  • Previous customer service experience in a similar industry.
  • Familiarity with specific customer service or CRM platforms used by Slice.
  • Understanding of the industry and products/services offered.
