About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Empowering Learning. As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with children with autism and SEMH, providing individualized support to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver small academic interventions to children working below age expected levels
  • Support children to engage with lessons and develop their social skills
  • Liaise with senior leadership to monitor progress and develop strategies for improvement

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with children with SEN
  • Graduate or relevant childcare qualification
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
