**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Brand to lead our brand development team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantitative research and a proven track record of delivering high-quality insights to clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a small team of researchers and manage research projects from start to finish
  • Develop and implement research strategies to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop research plans to meet those objectives
  • Manage and analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

**Requirements:**

  • Line management experience and a passion for mentoring and developing the team
  • Good at growing client accounts
  • Hands on with quantitative research projects (From proposal stage to delivery)
  • Bonus if you have B2B research experience
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
