We are seeking a highly skilled Courier Pay Negotiation Specialist to join our team at Evri. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in negotiating rates centrally for our courier model, ensuring fair and competitive compensation that aligns with industry competition and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to determine competitive rates of pay and develop strategies to maintain a robust controlled process to avoid rate creep.
- Lead and manage a team of recruitment and negotiation agents to identify couriers for potential negotiation opportunities and follow the process through to completion.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation by issuing appropriate communications and implementing new rates accurately.
- Collaborate with local delivery management teams to identify risks and solutions on those entering negotiation processes.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to rate of pay and negotiation processes.
- Proven experience in pay/salary negotiation or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits structures.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
