Job Title: Mobile Facilities Electrician

Join our team as a Mobile Facilities Electrician and be part of a dynamic Property Maintenance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering hard facilities management services across the Midlands area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients and specialist subcontractors to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate facilities management subcontractors where applicable.
  • Review, implement, and complete relevant Health and Safety documentation.
  • Deliver toolbox talks and contractor inductions.
  • Be appointed as Authorised Person for relevant duties such as LV electrical, mechanical, and working at heights.
  • Carry out small repairs and maintenance across trades, including plumbing and ground maintenance.
  • Manage the issue and completion of pre-planned maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion and statutory compliance.
  • Induct and coordinate subcontractors during facilities management operations to deliver planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Prepare and review RAMS to ensure suitability.
