We are seeking a skilled Computer Education Specialist to join our dedicated team at Wayman Learning Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Computing to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.

The ideal candidate will have a Computing Degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). They will be able to provide comprehensive support and mentoring to students, ensuring they excel in their role and become outstanding members of the team.

The School's Computing department is a supportive and dedicated team of excellent practitioners. They will provide a comprehensive support and mentoring programme for the successful candidate to ensure they excel at their role and are supported in becoming an outstanding member of the team.

The salary for this position will be paid to scale MPS/UPS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Computing to Key Stage 3 and 4 students
  • Provide comprehensive support and mentoring to students
  • Work collaboratively with the Computing department to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
