About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Digital Designer to join our in-house team at Next-Link. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products and services. Your expertise in UI/UX principles and design software will enable you to create engaging and accessible digital experiences that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user-centered digital experiences that meet the needs of our customers
  • Collaborate with our team to create and evolve our brand identity
  • Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital design
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design software
  • Proficiency in Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS (training provided if needed)
