About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Digital Designer to join our in-house team at Next-Link. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products and services. Your expertise in UI/UX principles, responsive web design, and accessible design will be instrumental in creating engaging and intuitive experiences for our users.

With a strong portfolio and a passion for design, you will be responsible for developing and implementing design solutions that meet our business objectives. Your ability to see projects through from conception to delivery will be essential in ensuring timely and successful project outcomes.

We are looking for a designer who is not only skilled in design software such as Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite but also has a solid understanding of design principles and best practices. If you are a motivated and creative individual who is eager to contribute to the growth and development of our brand, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet user needs
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills
  • Proficiency in design software such as Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS (training provided if needed)
