Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in our partner schools. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with diverse needs, including Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, and Learning Difficulties.
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons to meet the needs of SEN students.
  • Provide individualized support to students, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, other support staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting SEN students.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with SEN, either in a personal or professional capacity.
  • Enthusiasm for helping students reach their full potential.
  • Commitment to addressing diverse needs and teamwork.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and dependability.
  • Openness to challenges and growth.
