Behavioural Support Tutor Opportunity

We are seeking a Behavioural Support Tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Behavioural Support Tutor, you will work with children and young people who require additional support with their behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging sessions based on the individual needs of the learner.
  • Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies and coping mechanisms.
  • Track progress and plan next steps in learning.
  • Inspire children to achieve and maintain engagement in their learning.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with children or young people.
  • Ability to develop and deliver engaging sessions based on individual needs.
  • Effective behaviour management strategies and coping mechanisms.
  • Ability to track progress and plan next steps in learning.
