Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Area Sales Representatives and Sales Managers. This will include promoting sales of products, dealing with customer queries, handling incoming calls and emails, and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Sales Representatives and Sales Managers
  • Promote sales of products
  • Deal with customer queries
  • Handle incoming calls and emails
  • Process orders

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales office-based position
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems and applications, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and manage own time and workload
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Confident and effective communicator, both written and verbally

Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including 1 hour unpaid for lunch
