About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Parcel Delivery Driver to join our team at Royal Mail. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their parcels on time and in good condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver parcels to customers across the assigned area, using route-planning technology tools to ensure efficient delivery routes.
  • Provide excellent customer service, interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Work independently, using your own initiative to manage your workload and van.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in the afternoon and early evenings, including Saturdays and Sundays.
