Job Title: Reprographics Team Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Reprographics Team Manager to lead our reprographics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the shift operational performance on the site, ensuring optimum health and safety, quality, cost, delivery, technical, and human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, implement, and maintain quality service delivery through standard operating procedures, account planning, and achieving agreed-upon metrics and goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement by keeping clients and management informed of significant and potential issues, proposing solutions or processes to prevent future problems, and resolving escalated issues.
  • Manage teams by providing guidance, setting performance targets, implementing corrective actions, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure self and team follow any departmental policies and procedures as required.
  • Manage holiday and sickness cover and staff rotas.
  • Use the management information and tracking systems effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Reprographics.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) and Adobe.
  • Shows commercial and financial awareness, adept at managing month end process, invoicing and maintaining budgets.
  • Possess a critical eye in terms of quality of print.
  • Sense of initiative, and display an adaptable and flexible approach.
