**Job Description:** Portfolio Management Specialist

**About the Company:** Spire is a dynamic organization that is committed to enhancing Christian mission and ministry in the diocese. We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Management Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programmes and portfolios, with a strong focus on delivering results and achieving outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of projects aligned to diocesan and national church outcomes.
  • Developing and implementing a strategic framework to enhance Christian mission and ministry in the diocese.
  • Facilitating the effective functioning of a governance framework for our programme.
  • Coordinating and facilitating day-to-day implementation of work, resource procurement and impact analysis.
  • Working closely with senior colleagues to develop, monitor and deliver an engagement plan that achieves local ownership.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in programme and project management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Competitive salary: £50,437 per annum
