Job Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working with hard-to-reach young people, assessing their needs, and developing effective plans to address these issues. You will also work closely with other professionals to provide comprehensive support to young people and their families.

The successful candidate will have experience in Court work, child protection, and rehabilitation home settings, as well as a strong understanding of contextual harm and its impact on young people. They must be registered with Social Work England and hold a degree in social work (CQSW, DipSW or equivalent).

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £20,000-£31,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to the base salary, we may consider offering relocation assistance and a welcome bonus for eligible candidates.
