Transportation Equipment Technician

This role requires a skilled HGV mechanic to maintain and repair heavy-duty trucks and other transportation equipment. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintenance and repair of vehicles, including those powered by alternative fuels
- Road testing of vehicles when required
- Ensuring all vehicle defects are reported to workshop controllers
- Keeping workshop facilities, equipment, and tools clean and well-maintained
The successful candidate will have completed an apprenticeship in the HGV industry or have equivalent experience. They will also have relevant experience in the commercial vehicle industry and a basic knowledge of computer software packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
