About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewable Energy Service Technician to join our team at Rock. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services for our renewable energy installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair faults within renewable energy central heating and hot water systems.
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers and colleagues.
  • Ensure high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standards.
  • Communicate updates and progress of work, completing the required paperwork electronically and manually.
  • Comply with stock ordering and auditing procedures to ensure relevant parts are available to fulfill job requirements.
Requirements and Attributes
  • A friendly and professional attitude, with the ability to build strong relationships with our clients and their tenants.
  • Experience in renewable energy heating and hot water systems is essential for this role.
  • Skilled at problem solving and decision making.
  • Gas qualifications are desirable for this role.
  • Valid driving license.
