Job Opportunity:

Red Kite Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced and skilled Site Chemist to join our team in the hazardous waste management industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chemistry graduate or HNC holder with relevant experience to develop their career in a dynamic and challenging environment.

About the Role:

This Site Chemist position involves working in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of hazardous materials. Your duties will include unloading and testing incoming materials for pH, flammability, and compatibility, as well as maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload and test incoming materials for pH, flammability, and compatibility.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in hazardous waste management.
  • HNC or above in a relevant field or Chemistry/Biochemistry Graduate.
  • Forklift experience or yard/warehouse experience is desirable.

Location: Sandwich Area

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
