Job Description

The Operational HR Advisor will play a key role in supporting the HR Managers in our London office. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing day-to-day HR support to employees, including policy queries, maternity/paternity leave, flexible working, and salary/benefits inquiries.
  • Monitoring and reporting on sickness absence, managing occupational health referrals, and conducting return-to-work or absence review meetings as needed.
  • Supporting international secondments, including check-ins, collecting feedback, and managing the end-to-end client secondment process.
  • Collaborating with HR Managers and Group Managers to drive forward various DE&I initiatives across London Corporate.
