Job Title: Health and Safety Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team at Prince Personnel Limited. As a Health and Safety Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving and executing the Health and Safety strategy across the business.

About the Role:
  • Support the operational site teams in the promotion and delivery of health and safety strategies and culture.
  • Work closely with operational teams to identify and address potential risks and hazards.
  • Support the implementation of standards throughout all sites.
  • Utilize your expertise to guide, advise, and drive safe working practices.
  • Maintain the Health and Safety Management systems and ensure any additions or amendments are actioned.
  • Support in the construction and delivery of any Health and Safety training.
  • Carry out internal audits.
  • Effectively manage the accident and near miss reporting and investigations process.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Level 3 qualification is essential.
  • Previous experience in a senior H&S position is required.
