Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Digital Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent across various functions within our organization.
  • You will work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage the full-cycle recruitment process.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, acting as a company ambassador to promote our brand.
  • Develop a talent pipeline for current and future needs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a tech company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a passion for recruitment and talent development.
