Job Description:
We seek a skilled Cancer Care Professional to join our dedicated team. In this rewarding role, you will provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing cancer treatment, offering personalized support and guidance throughout their journey. By working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will help ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with cancer
* Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to inform care decisions
* Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental goals

Requirements:
* Registered with the NMC and eligible to practice in the UK
* Proven experience working in oncology or palliative care environments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings and adapt to changing priorities
* Proficiency in using digital patient records and other healthcare technologies
