Guest Experience Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team at Strand Palace Hotel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay with us.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain effective communication within the team through daily shift handovers and team briefings
- Ensure team members have knowledge of all VIP amenities and procedures
- Control the lobby and supervise luggage porters, doormen, and luggage storage
- Pay special attention to VIP guests and ensure a smooth stay from check-in to check-out
- Monitor guest scores and respond to online reviews and surveys
- Experience in hotels or similar industry
- Knowledge of property-based systems is an advantage
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
