About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team at Strand Palace Hotel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain effective communication within the team through daily shift handovers and team briefings
  • Ensure team members have knowledge of all VIP amenities and procedures
  • Control the lobby and supervise luggage porters, doormen, and luggage storage
  • Pay special attention to VIP guests and ensure a smooth stay from check-in to check-out
  • Monitor guest scores and respond to online reviews and surveys
Requirements
  • Experience in hotels or similar industry
  • Knowledge of property-based systems is an advantage
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
