Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Volkswagen Group Leadership Professional to join our team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and ensuring operational excellence.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, driving sales revenue growth, and implementing effective strategies to achieve business objectives. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

We offer a competitive salary range of £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, life insurance, and 25 days annual leave.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a high-performing team of professionals to deliver exceptional results.
  3. Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business objectives are met.

  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
