About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and organized executive assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and ensure timely reminders and notifications.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and prepare materials as required.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between internal teams, handle emails, and draft correspondence on behalf of senior leaders.
- Event Planning: Assist in organizing events, conferences, and other corporate functions.
- Personal Support: Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including research, data entry, and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and styles.
- Discretion and Trustworthiness: Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and respond to unexpected situations.
Benefits and Remuneration
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Location and Work Arrangements
This is a full-time position based in [location]. We require the successful candidate to work on-site at least 3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely as needed.
