- Support the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
- Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment that promotes the dignity and well-being of our residents
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You should also have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly and be able to demonstrate a warm, compassionate, and committed approach to care. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training and development opportunities.
