About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker Driver to join our team at Precious Homes Ltd. As a Support Worker Driver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Learning Disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
  • Assisting people to achieve daily goals and daily activities
  • Assisting with the development of person-centred plans
  • Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
  • Providing personal care where needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be over 21, hold a UK full valid driving licence for 2 years, and be flexible to work weekends. Previous experience as a support worker, healthcare assistant, domiciliary and home care, or in residential homes is desirable but not essential.
