The successful candidate will work closely with case-holders to deliver an agreed plan of care to patients. This will involve one-to-one work as well as group work, encompassing social, psychological, physical, and medical needs.

The post-holder will cover the geographical area of Ross and Cromarty, working from current bases in Dingwall and Invergordon. The area is a mix of rural and urban populations, with increasing ethnic diversity.

The team provides a service to adults experiencing a range of mental health problems, including severe and enduring as well as acute mental health needs. You will work with a varied multidisciplinary team, including nursing, psychiatry, social work, and occupational therapy.

You will be required to have a clean driving license and your own vehicle. A creative, flexible, and dynamic approach to work is essential.

This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa. NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
