Main Responsibilities- Plan and manage nursing rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality care
- Build relationships with local regulators and social services to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
- Implement person-centred care plans that make a real difference to residents' lives
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
- Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
- Up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
