You will have the autonomy to take your unit from strength to strength, with opportunities for professional development and growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage nursing rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality care
  • Build relationships with local regulators and social services to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
  • Implement person-centred care plans that make a real difference to residents' lives
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
  • Up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
