Job Title: Senior NNDR and Database Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior NNDR and Database Officer to join our team in West London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, external agencies, and voluntary organizations.
  • Assist the Principal NNDR and Database Officer in monitoring services against performance assessment criteria, interpreting information and evidence provided for liability matters and applications for relief's exemptions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to NNDR customers across all channels, including the NNDR contact centre.
  • Have a deep understanding of NNDR legislation related to billing and collection, mandatory and discretionary reliefs, database maintenance, and recovery aspects.
  • Prepare accounts for write-offs and raise refund requests, including statements of accounts.
  • Represent the service on resident-related issues, developing contracts and SLAs as necessary, and writing and presenting reports as required.
  • Liaise with the Valuation Office Agency, raising Billing Authority reports and exchanging necessary information.
  • Liaise with property inspectors regarding property database maintenance.
  • Prepare cases, providing evidence or bundles when required, and attend court to assist the Recovery Team.
