Senior NNDR and Database Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior NNDR and Database Officer to join our team at Essential Employment in West London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Principal NNDR and Database Officer in monitoring services against performance assessment criteria, ensuring accurate interpretation of information and evidence for liability matters and applications for reliefs and exemptions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to NNDR customers across all channels, including the NNDR contact centre.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of NNDR legislation related to billing and collection, mandatory and discretionary reliefs, database maintenance, and recovery aspects.
  • Prepare accounts for write-offs and raise refund requests, including statements of accounts.
  • Liaise with the Valuation Office Agency, generating Billing Authority reports and providing necessary information for exchange.
  • Collaborate with property inspectors on matters related to property database maintenance.
