About The Role

We are a leading food retailer with a strong presence in the UK, operating over 500 stores and an online home delivery service. Our business is primarily focused on food and grocery, with a unique approach to sourcing and processing fresh food through our own manufacturing facilities.

We are seeking a high-performing Replenishment Manager to contribute to our business growth and success. This role is critical to ensuring our stores are fully stocked, providing a fantastic customer experience. The successful candidate will lead the team to deliver exceptional availability and standards across all departments, ensuring compliance with legal and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to achieve the highest standards and deliver an outstanding shopping experience for every customer.
  • Plan and organize current promotions or in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Listen and respond to customer feedback, reacting promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure market-leading availability across the store, working closely with other managers to achieve this goal.
  • Efficiently manage people routines, including scheduling, absence, performance, and talent conversations.
  • Deliver training to ensure team members have the capability and confidence to deliver their roles.
  • Motivate and lead colleagues to work with confidence across various departments.
  • Identify and develop talent within the department, building a high-performing team.
  • Build effective relationships with other operating departments, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Lead colleagues to work with purpose, delivering outstanding performance against all relevant targets.
  • Take a leadership role within the store, driving business growth and success.
