Support Worker for Children with SEN

About the PositionThis Graduate Teaching Assistant role is based in an alternative provision in Bolton, where you will work with students aged 11-16 who require additional support due to their SEMH needs or PTSD. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will provide emotional and social support to students, work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff, and develop individual learning plans.
Key Requirements- A Psychology (BA Hons) degree
- Enhanced DBS clearance (can be obtained through Prospero Teaching)
- Safeguarding, prevent awareness, and FGM training
- Behaviour management training (desirable)
- A competitive salary of £100 per day (pro rata)
- Free, accredited CPD courses, including safeguarding and behaviour management
- In-house Training and Development Team
