Children and Young People Support Lead

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to lead our team of children and young people support workers. The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent, with significant experience in supporting children with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- To manage and lead a team of support workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- To develop and implement care plans for children and young people, working closely with families and other professionals.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week on days. The salary for this role is £12.80 per hour, which equates to approximately £50,928 per annum (based on a 40-hour week). The location of this role is Bolton Farnworth.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent.
- Significant experience in supporting children with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
