About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Protection Project Manager to join our team at RGB Network. As a Fire Protection Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing fire protection projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage fire protection projects, including obtaining and assessing sub-contractor quotations, selecting the best sub-contractor for the works, and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
* Take charge of health and safety protocols, including the production of Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMs) and conducting regular site inspections.
* Hold financial responsibility for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the project, ensuring it stays within budgetary constraints.
* Coordinate and manage site teams efficiently, ensuring seamless collaboration and optimal performance.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, liaising effectively with all stakeholders, including suppliers, sub-contractors, internal teams, and directors.
* Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly progress reports to keep all stakeholders informed about project status and milestones achieved.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in project management within the active fire protection industry.
* Strong knowledge of fire sprinklers, both Residential & Commercial.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
