Domestic Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Domestic Assistant to join our team at Fessey House, a unique and modern care home in Swindon. As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring our residents feel safe and comfortable in their living environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a high standard of cleaning, including laundry and equipment maintenance, in accordance with COSHH and Health and Hygiene regulations.
- Assist at meal times, ensuring a positive dining experience for our residents.
- Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to our high standards.
Fessey House operates a rolling 2-week rota, including shift patterns such as earlies, lates, and nights. You will be required to work every other weekend, with a mix of shift patterns to ensure our residents receive the best possible care.
