About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domestic Assistant to join our team at Fessey House, a unique and modern care home in Swindon. As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring our residents feel safe and comfortable in their home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high standard of cleaning, including laundry and equipment maintenance, in accordance with COSHH and Health and Hygiene regulations.
  • Assist at meal times, ensuring our residents receive the best possible care and support.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.
