We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our Land Rover Droitwich team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of customer service, from initial contact to vehicle handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the scheduling of vehicle maintenance and repairs, working closely with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Provide exceptional customer service, meeting and greeting customers, and keeping them informed of their vehicle's progress.
- Authorise additional work and make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with the Workshop, Parts, and Sales departments to ensure timely vehicle preparation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and meeting targets.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with knowledge of dealer management systems an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building rapport with customers.
